The site provides an insight into how to create your own bespoke perfume with my company Scent Unique Spain. There is the opportunity to create online and to buy some preblended perfumes. Contact details are provided so people can book consultations or book a perfume pamper party in the comfort of your own home.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I do believe that websites work in helping a business to promote themselves. In the past I had another site which was very successful.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
The first site was in 2003, it was for mortgages in Spain

Yes, it is scentspain.com
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I can help people to design their perfume online which very few people can.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Too early to say yet
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Maybe promote myself in the press too and on the radio

None as yet
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting to number 1 in Google for certain searches, I the had number 1 place within a week.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Myself with the correct keywords, I made the site myself.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Not at all, but it is early days yet
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site has only been up fo about 4 weeks, I shall continue for as long as I work.
Do you consider what your are doing as different?
Yes, No one else is creating bespoke perfumes for such an affordable price, it's great fun and such a fantastic gift to buy for someone.
