When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

http://www.les-vallees.com Created in 1999, it is a country portal from Andorra, with free services for the future tourists.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We don't use the credit system, if we don't have your product, we reimburse it. It's expensive for us, but a very good thing for the customer. The shipping is free from 99 € in Europe, and from 250 € in the rest of the world. We send in all the world. Our commercial politic is based on the trust of our customers. We answer to the e-mails fastly (most often in less than 24 h) and our hotline is not surcharged.

What has been your biggest challenge?

The trust of the customer.
