We are a full service salon and spa and specialize in permanent makeup. If you are interested in having beautiful eyebrows, eyeliner and lip color without applying makeup daily, this is for you! Come to Always Pretty Salon and Spa for all your hair, nails, skin care and permanent makeup needs!
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I knew that people are finding most of their contacts and information on the web much more than in the phone book.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is my first website and I have had it for two years.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It was the name of my company.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Our services are excellent and performed in a cozy warm environment where people feel comfortable and embraced.
What are your priorities?
I would like to make a profit (of course) but it is very important to do a great job for each client and to know that you have done your best to meet their needs.
What would you change to make more of a profit margin?
Less paid advertising and more placement of brochures and flyers in free places. More networking.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Taxes.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting a balance between the number of hair clients and stylists to serve them.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Getting hooked up with directories.
