It is very considerate of company management to allow their employees to have relaxed dress code during hot summer seasons when wearing our usually stiff business attire could be inconvenient.

Needless to say, you still have to come to the office wearing decent clothes. This means that plunging necklines and shorts are still no-nos in the work place. You can wear your casual Friday attire, especially if you have no business meeting.

Just keep in mind that what you wear reflects on how other people see you. If you want them to see you as a model employee, you have to dress the part.
